At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime, but we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unwashed condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
